Nearest tubes stations are
- Warwick Avenue Station: 0.2 miles - Bakerloo Line
- Royal Oak Station: 0.2 miles - Hammersmith & City Line
- Paddington Station: 0.4 miles - A short walk along the Grand Union Canal.
For those driving it’s mainly residential permit parking however, there’s also paid parking around.
Parking is free after 6.30pm and on Saturdays.

What time should I arrive??
Once you have booked in, you can arrive 10mins before the party start time to allow time to freshen up.

Please DO NOT loiter outside the building. If you arrive too early there’s a lovely pub close by and also lots of cafes along the canal. Or go for a nice stroll along the canal.
Enter and leave the building quickly, quietly and discreetly.
By booking to join a party you agree to follow the rules of the event.
Please note we take booking on the day of the party you wish to attend If you email us or send us the booking form for your booking we will pencil you in but you must ring on the day to confirm. Our booking system is on first come first serve basis.
