It has spacious 2 play rooms & 2 bathrooms.

Nearest tubes stations are

• Warwick Avenue Station: 0.2 miles - Bakerloo Line
• Royal Oak Station: 0.2 miles - Hammersmith & City Line
• Paddington Station: 0.4 miles - A short walk along the Grand Union Canal.

For those driving it’s mainly residential permit parking however, there’s also paid parking around.
Parking is free after 6.30pm and on Saturdays.
